Sean M. Jeffries, Millennium Partners
Sean is the Vice President of Millennium Partners. Since 1998 he has expanded the firm's real estate development operation on the west coast. He recently completed the sell-out of the Residences at the Four Seasons in San Francisco and the development of Yerba Buena Lane. Sean joined the Yerba Buena Alliance Board in 2004; he currently serves as Board Chair.Treasurer/Secretary

Mary J. McCue, MJM Management Group
Since 1993 Mary has served as the General Manager for Yerba Buena Gardens, the crown jewel of San Francisco. She is also President/CEO of MJM Management Group, an award winning property management firm that specializes in the management and operations of public places and facilities. Mary joined the Yerba Buena Alliance Board in 1998.

Andrew Bryant, MJM Management Group
Andrew is the Project Coordinator for MJM Management Group.  In this role, Andrew provides critical project support for the CEO and company directors. Prior to joining MJM, Andrew worked for Forest City Development in their San Francisco office, working extensively on the redevelopment of the new San Francisco Centre. He recently completed a five year board term with the South of Market Childcare Center, serving as its president in 2008. Mr. Bryant serves on the Real Estate Committee for the Fifth and Mission Yerba Buena Garage, and holds a board position with the Alice B. Toklas LGBT Democratic Club. He joined the Yerba Buena Alliance Board in 2008.

Karen Carr, MRM Management, One Hawthorne
Karen is the Association Manager for the new condominium complex, One Hawthorne, in the Yerba Buena neighborhood.  Since 1989, she has opened and managed many of the premier luxury, high rise, mixed-use condominium projects in The City, including several in the Yerba Buena neighborhood.  Karen was a founding member of the Alliance in 1991 and returned to the board in 2010.

Cathy W. Pickering, San Francisco Redevelopment Agency
Cathy is the Assistant Project Manager at the San Francisco Redevelopment Agency for the Yerba Buena Center, South of Market, and Transbay Project areas. As the Redevelopment Agency's representative, Cathy joined the Yerba Buena Alliance Board in 2004.

Helen Sause
Before retiring, Helen served as the Deputy Executive Director for Program and Project Management at the San Francisco Redevelopment Agency. In that capacity Helen helped shape the Yerba Buena Center Project Area. Helen joined the Yerba Buena Alliance Board in 1991.

Chi-Hsin Shao, CHS Consulting Group
Chi-Hsin is the founding principal of CHS Consulting Group, a full-service transportation planning and energy consulting firm. Before founding CHS Consulting Group, Chi-Hsin worked for public and private agencies specializing in transportation. Chi-Hsin joined the Yerba Buena Alliance Board in 2000.

Virginia Grandi, Membership Services Coordinator

Virginia Grandi is the Alliance's staff person.  She previously served as Executive Assistant and Board Liaison for the San Francisco Planning and Urban Research Association for four years and as Program Director at the League of Women Voters of San Francisco. Her passion and expertise lies in civic engagment issues for San Francisco.
