Governance:

The Yerba Buena CBD Interim Board of Directors will meet the second Tuesday of every month from 4-6pm. In observance of Veterans Day the November 2008 meeting will be the third Tuesday from 2-4pm. Please see meeting agenda below for the next meeting location.

On July 29, 2008 the Board of Supervisors voted 8-3 in favor of the Yerba Buena Community Benefit District (CBD).  The final ballot tally was impressive – 82.96% of properties voted in favor for a total of $1,205,824.13 or 50.58% of the total assessments.  The Yerba Buena CBD is now the largest in San Francisco’s history. Services for the new district are scheduled to begin January 2009.
